Organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Philippine Red Cross, the competition welcomes news reports, features, documentaries or photographs, highlighting the humanitarian consequences of armed conflicts or other large-scale situations of violence for affected populations and how respect for humanitarian law is promoted.
