The arraignment will be on Thursday afternoon at the Regional Trial Court Branch 18 at the Pagadian City Justice Hall to be presided by Judge Felix Rodriguez, Jr.

The Cos were arrested on December 14, 2013 in Taguig City by the NBI and are now temporarily held at the NBI detention facility in Manila.

The Cos and the six other suspects will be escorted by NBI agents from Manila to Pagadian City on Thursday and brought back to Manila after the arraignment of their case.
