PAGADIAN CITY, April 25 (PNA) –- The Department of Health (DOH) has distributed medical supplies and equipment to include water containers to barangay health workers (BHW) in this province.

The medical supplies and equipment packed in 316 boxes were distributed on Saturday by DOH Sec. Janette Garin to the BHW assigned in this city and in nearby 26 towns.

Each box contains digital blood pressure apparatus, dressing set, glucometer, non-contact thermometer, nebulizer and stethoscope.

Garin has called for the local government officials’ support to enable them to effectively implement the health programs for the benefit of the people.

Gov. Antonio Cerilles has expressed his gratitude to Garin for providing the necessary supplies and equipment.
