Commander Tahir Sali in the nearby province of Indanan, Sulu, Southern
Philippines after being pressured by non-stop operations of JTF Sulu and
pressure by the MNLF, military official said.
Western Mindanao Command (WesMinCom) Spokesperson Maj. Filemon I. Tan Jr disclosed that at about 11:30 today, the KV’s were initially turned-over by the MILF to Sulu Vice Governor and acting Governor Nurunnisa Tan. Thereafter, the latter in turn handed over the KV’s to Commander JTF Sulu COL JESUS MANANQUIL in Camp Bautista, Bus-Bus Jolo, Sulu. The KV’s are now undergoing medical checkup at KHTB trauma hospital.
Tan added that
they are the last two remaining KV’s from the original seven crew men of T/B

The transport
of KV’s from Sulu to Zamboanga City and their subsequent turn over to
