Police arrested parricide suspect in Zamboanga City

PAGADIAN CITY (April 18, 2018) - The elements of Zamboanga City Police Station-5 conducted police operation against wanted person Tuesday at about 11:00am in Barangay Guiwan, Zamboanga City, Police Official said.

Police Regional Office-9 PIO-Chief Chief Inspector Helen L. Galvez  disclosed that the police law operation resulted to the successful arrest of the suspect identified as Kiyoshi Niida y Hana, a Japanese National from Hokkaido, Japan, 73 years old, a resident of Callejon Drive, Barangay Guiwan, Zamboanga City, police report disaclosed.

The suspect arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Shaldilyn B. Bangsaja of Regional Trial Court Branch 33, 9th Judicial Region, Hall Of Justice Building, Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City, for Parricide with Criminal Case Number 37979 with no bail bond recommended, Chief Inspector Galvez said.

The said accused is presently detained at said police station prior turn over to the concerned court.
