PCSO Manager commended PCSUPT Beltran during Opening Ceremony of 23rd PCR Month


         
PAGADIAN CITY (July 4, 2018) -  During the flag-raising ceremony yesterday at Camp Abendan, Mercedes, The Police Regional Office 9 (PRO9) under the stewardship of PCSUPT Billy B Beltran had simultaneously commences the opening of 23rd Police Community Relation Month  Celebration for the whole month of July, to comply with the mandate of Presidential Decree 764, police official said. 
          
PRO-9 PIO Chief CINSP Helen L. Galvez disclosed that this year theme is anchored on “Tapat na Serbisyo at Paglilingkod ng Kapulisan Kaagapay ang Mamamayan, Hatid ay Kaunlaran”.  The Regional Director of the PRO9 lamented that aside from the present administration rigorous campaign against illegal drugs, conversely, national headquarter and all its major units are dead- serious to make progress by peace-building reachable by ordinary Filipinos.
        
Galvez also said that Raul M. Regondola, Branch Manager of the Philippine Sweepstakes Office who was also the invited guest speaker had reiterated the vital role of the Philippine National Police toward prosperity. The PCSO manager highlights the important role of the PNP in Nation Building.
         
“The community is at one with the organization in creating a harmonious and progressive environment”, Regondola said. He also emphasizes that effectiveness and efficiency would attain through community partnership.
         
Regondola said the PNP performs a gargantuan role, in one hand as law enforcer, on the other hand being a peace builder. He likewise commended General Beltran one of the longest-serving Regional Director of PRO9, for his effort to establish peaceful, orderly and participative community across the region, CINSP Galvez added.
         

Galvez said that the Regional Police Community Relation Division headed by PSSUPT Rey Dante Soledad is in the forefront of this year’s celebration. City and Provincial units had also calendared series of activities such as LTOPF caravan, bloodletting donation, feeding programs and many more. (By Jong Cadion)
