CITY (Jan. 8, 2019) - The Police Regional Office 9
celebrated its 25th PNP Ethics Day during the flag raising ceremony at PRO9
Parade Ground, Camp Col. Romeo A Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City on January
7, 2019 with the theme “Tapat na Paglilinglod, Susi sa Pinaigting na Kampanya
Laban sa Korapsyon”.

Verdadero, Deputy Regional Director Operations (DRDO) led the men and women of
PRO9 in celebrating the memorable occasion which coincided with the traditional
Monday flag-raising ceremony.
In his message, PSSUPT Verdadero
reminded each personnel to revisit the provision of RA 6713 known as code of
Conduct and Ethical Standards of the Philippine National Police particularly on
the core values and the police officer’s creed. He stressed out that every
police officer carries the public image and reputation of the whole PNP
organization.
“The significance of the ethics day
celebration endeavors the PNP to deliver a standard quality of police services
to the community that we oath to serve and protect”. He further added.
The PNP Ethics Day is an annual
celebration to constantly remind and reinforce the adherence of PNP personnel
on the PNP Ethical Doctrine and maintain a high standard of professionalism,
