RTMI Donated One Unit of Hino Bus to Police Regional Office 9

PAGADIAN CITY (Feb. 5, 2021) – The Rural Transit Mindanao Inc. (RTMI) donated one (1) unit of Hino Bus worth Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P3,600,000.00) to Police Regional Office 9 Thursday, February 4, 2021 to serve as a mobility asset expediting the transit of police officers for an efficient police service, PRO9 Public Information Office Chief PCPT Edwin A. Duco disclosed.

PCPT Duco said the Turnover Ceremony and the Signing of Deed of Donation was held at the Police Regional Office 9 Quadrangle, Camp Col. Romeo Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City.

The Hino Bus was turned over by the RTMI Pagadian City Branch  Manager to PBGEN Ronaldo Genaro E Ylagan, Regional Director, Police regional Office 9. Other officials of the RTMI Pagadian City Branch were also present in the event.

Rural Transit Mindanao Inc., a subsidiary of the biggest bus conglomerate in the country, and one of the biggest bus operators in Mindanao, with a branch located in Pagadian City currently supervised by Mr.

Herman Avenido as its Branch Manager, donated a Hino Bus, a shuttle bus with seating capacity of 55 persons, worth Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos to Police Regional Office 9.

The bus was exclusively designed with colorful vintas, a symbol of Zamboanga City’s colorful history and culture, sailing across the sea as a representation of the city’s freedom and beauty despite the pandemic we are facing. (By JONG CADION with reports and photos from PRO9-PIO)
