PAGAFIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (March 8, 2021) -Zamboanga del Sur Governor Victor J. Yu just signed Executive Order No. 05 which is effective today until March 31, 2021, following increasing of COVID-19.
EO No. 5 is in compliance with Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 1
The Highlights of the
EO No.5 are the following:
1. NO Travel Authority, NO Med Cert, NO Acceptance, NO RT PCR or any test is required PRE-DEPARTURE in all seaports and airports.
Gov. Yu said the City and municipalities are given the discretion to subject their travelers and guests to RT PCR test or Antigen test UPON ARRIVAL. (Basis is the zoom meeting of DILG and the League of Provinces of the Philippines dated March 2, 2021)
2. No quarantine unless symptomatic.
3. Business Establishments such as Beerhouses, nightclubs, videoke, and similar - STILL AT 50% capacity while Dine-in - now at 75% capacity, Hotel - now at 75% capacity and Beach resorts - now at 75% capacity.
4. Mass Gatherings –
now also at 75%
5. Curfew - City @
