Bus conductor arrested in anti-illegal drug operation

 PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (May 2, 2021) – More than 1 gram of suspected shabu with estimated amount of Php6,800 including 500 pesos mark money were confiscated during the anti-illegal drug buy bust operation in Purok Panaghiusa, Brgy. Monte-Alegre, Aurora of this province at about 10:45 am Sunday, May 2, 2021.

The arrested suspect was identified as Dante Mariquita Saysip aka Dante, 28 years old, former illegal-drug surrenderee, Bus conductor and a resident of Purok Waling-waling, Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur.

The suspect was arrested by the joint operatives of the Philippine National Police Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 9, Aurora MPS led by PLT. Dominic R. Dalena.

The suspect is now under the custody of Aurora MPS for filing violation of RA 9165 also known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The confiscated items were turned over to ZSPPO Crime Laboratory for proper examination. (By JONG CADION with reports and photos by IGMAT Molave)
