Pagadian City is Miss Zamboanga del Sur 2014

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboagna del Sur (Sept. 17, 2014-MPF News) --- The contestant of Pagadian City was chosen as Miss Zamboanga del Sur 2014  from 27 Beauties representing 26 municipalities of Zamboanga del Sur and the City of Pagadian during the search last night held at the Megayon Stage in the Provincial Government Center in Dao, Pagadian City.

The search for Miss Zamboanga del Sur is one of the highlights of the weeklong celebration of the 62^nd Founding Anniversary that culminates Wednesday (September 10-17) at the same time the Birthday of the First Lady of the province, the congresswoman of the 2^nd congressional district of Zamboanga del Sur.

  

Miss Krizel C. Winter of Pagadian City was crown as Miss Zamboanga del Sur 2014, 1^st Runner-up is Kimberly Altobar from Tukuran town, 2^nd runner-up is Cherry Lou Rubio of Lakewood town, 3^rd runner-up is from Tambulig town Vinna A. Damites and 4^th is Vernieza P. Balbastro of Dumingag.

The 26 candidates were all coming from the Josefina Herrera Cerilles State College (JHCSC) from the 26 town of Zamoanga del Sur School Campus.

During the culmination program the winners of different activities was also named and awarded. For first in the Agro Trade Fair is Aurora town, 2^nd Margosatubig and the 3^rd is Pagadian City. For the Street Dance competition the first is Lapuyan town, 2^nd is Kumalarang and 3^rd is Vincenso Sagun and for the special awards on the street dance competition for the best head dress is Pagadian City while Mahayag is best is Costume.
