Criminal Gang Member, Top 9 Most Wanted in the Region, Captured in Payao, ZamboangaSibugay

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Ssur (July 13, 2018) –The Combined elements of Tungawan Municipal Police Station(MPS), Payao MPS, Intel Operatives of ZamboangaSibugay PPO and Regional Intelligence Division 9 successfully arrested one member of criminal gang during the conduct of joint manhunt operation at BarangayMalungon, Tungawan, ZamboangaSibugayat about 2:10 PM of July 11, 2018.

Police identified the arrested wanted person as Mohaimen D AlawI“aka” Otto Alawi/NaserMandag, 42 years old, male, married, Top Nine(9) Most Wanted Regional Level, residence ofPurokKima, Payao, ZamboangaSibugayand a member of the disbanded Criminal Gang under MamayAburi.

The arrest was made by virtue of two warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Josefino P Bael, Presiding Judge of Branch 31, 9th Judicial Region, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay Province, docketed under IM-130575 dated August 22, 2014 and IM-13-0573 dated February 2, 2017 for the crime of Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention with no bail recommended,

Arrested person is now under the custody of ZamboangaSibugayPPOdetention cell for proper disposition.
