Camp Col. Abendan, Mercedes - An alleged Basilan based Abu Sayyaf Group under Furuji Indama and member of Anjawani gun for hire group was arrested by combined operatives of Isabela City Police Station, PNP Special Action Force, Regional Intelligence Division 9, Regional Intelligence Unit 9, Zamboanga City Police Station 5 during law enforcement carried out at Our Lady of Fatima Subdivision, Barangay Boalan, Zamboanga City.

Police Brigadier Gen Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Director identified the arrested person as Uring Akil (Top 4 Most Wanted Person of Isabela City), male, of legal age, married and a resident of Menzi, Isabela City, Basilan, a member of the Basilan based Abu Sayyaf Group under Furuji Indama and member of Anjawani gun for hire group.

He was arrested based on the warrant of arrest with criminal case number Criminal Case numbers 6749-3535 for violation of RA Sec 5 dated December 20, 2016 and Criminal Case number 6749-3536 dated March 2, 2019 Sec 11, of Article II of RA 9165 with no bail bond recommended.

The WoA was issued by Presiding Judge of RTC branch 1, 9th Judicial Region dated. Subject person was brought to Regional Intelligence Unit 9 for proper disposition.
