Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Buug MPS, arrested

KUMALARANG, Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 9, 2019) – The Top 1 Most Wanted man in Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay was arrested by combined elements of Buug Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur PPO- Provincial Intelligence Branch, 903rd MC RMFB9 and Kumalarang MPS, conducted manhunt operation at Purok Malinawon, Brgy. Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30AM of February 8, 2019.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the arrested as Dhats A. Manguda, (listed Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Buug MPS), 38 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of BrgyPulog, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay

He was arrested for the warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder issued by Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Further, during arrest the suspect resisted which prompted the Intel Operatives of 903rd RMFB9 to shoot him hitting his right leg.

The suspect was brought to Kumalarang RHU for medication and later was brought to Kumalarang MPS for proper disposition.

Furthermore, the arrested person was brought and temporarily detained at Buug MPS prior turn-over to issuing court. (By JONG CADION with PRO9 PIO PR and photos)
