PAGADIAN CITY – TWO persons riding in an XRM motorcycle were shot to death along the national highway in Barangay Balintawak while on their way to the city proper some 2 kilometers away west of Pagadian City, Southern Philippines.

The victims were identified as the back rider, Princess Tual, approximately on her early 30s, business woman, separated and a resident of Pagadian City, and the motorcycle driver Genere Alvarado Lamban 36 years old, also a businessman and a resident of Brgy. Princess was in Dimataling last night attending the canvassing for Beauty Pageant of which her daughter is one of the candidates. Early morning upon knowing that her cousin Genere who owned the motorcycle will be going to Pagadian City she requested to go with him, Rosalie Lamban, wife of Genere said.

It was recalled, last year Princess Tual was also shot together with her live-in partner near the Integrated Bus Terminal. She was able to survive from the gunshot wounds while unluckily her live-in partner was dead on the spot after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds.

Princess is the daughter of retired policeman SPO2 Rudy Tual assigned at the Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office.

Police theory said, the shooting incident might had a connection of the previous case which is now pending in court.
