3 High Value Drug Personalities Arrested in Isabela City Drugs Operation

ISABELA CITY, Basilan (Feb. 4, 2019) – Three alleged high value drug suspects arrested and more than Php430, 000 thousand cash money seized during implementation of search warrant carried out by combined police operatives of Isabela City Police Station led by its Chief of Police PSUPT William S Gadayan and PDEA-9 at Barangay La Piedad and Barangay Eastside, Isabela City, Basilan at about 1:00 AM of February 3, 2019.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the arrested suspects as:

Reynaldo Soriano Peñaflor, 50 years old, married, resident of Purok 7, Barangay La Piedad, Isabela City, listed Top 12 on Isabela City Police Station watch list on drug personalities;

Hasbi Halih Hajan, 33 years old, married resident of Barangay Eastside, Isabela City and

Sofia Tilulong Sahabil, 53 years old, resident of Purok 7, Barangay La Piedad, Isabela City.

Reynaldo Soriano Peñaflor was arrested at his residence in Purok 7, Barangay La Piedad, Isabela City by virtue of Search Warrant No. 01-2019 dated February 1, 2019 for violation of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) issued by Honorable Judge Leo Jay T. Principe. Seized from his possession were One (1) piece sachet of shabu, one (1) piece coin purse blue, and a cash worth Two Hundred Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety pesos Php202,390.00 Pesos.

Hasbi Halih Hajan was arrested at his residence in  Barangay Eastside, Isabela City by virtue of Search Warrant No. 03-2019 in violation of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) dated February 1, 2019, issued by executive judge of RTC Branch1 9th Judicial Region, Basilan. Confiscated from his possession were One (1) piece sachet of shabu, one (1) multi-color pouch and cash worth Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty P 270,960.00 pesos.

Sofia Tilulong Sahabil was arrested at Purok 7, Barangay La Piedad, Isabela City.  By virtue of Search Warrant No. 02-2019 dated February 1, 2019 for violation of RA 9165 (Danagerous Drug Act of 2002) issued by Honorable Judge Leo Jay T. Principe. Seized from her were Two (2) pieces sachet of shabu, one (1) piece red pouch.
