ZAMBOANGA CITY (March 6, 2018)
- Operatives of B904th Mobile Company of Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 conducted
law enforcement operation through service warrant of arrest at about 3:00 PM in
Brgy. Baluno, Zamboanga City, Monday (March 5), official said.
ZCPO-PRO9 PCI Helen L. Galvez said
that the operation resulted in the arrest of Sugala Ahalul, of legal age, male
and a resident of Brgy. Kawit, Zamboanga City. Sugala Ahalul is charged for the
crime of violation of Section 2 in relation to section 14 of RA 6539
(Anti-Carnapping Act). He is suspected to be the leader of a group that is
responsible in the series of Motorcycle theft at the west part of Zamboanga City
and listed as Top Most Wanted of Zamboanga City Police Office.
PCI Galvez further said that confiscated
from his possession were (2) small size heat sealed sachet containing crystalline
substance of suspected shabu. He was properly turned over to Zamboanga City
Police Station 9 for proper disposition.
