Police investigator identified the two victims as Cristino Ocquilan Agbulos Jr., 48 years old, male, married, AFP (Retired Army), privately employed, of Alta Tierra, Tiguma in Pagadian and Leo Calunsag Carillo, 34 years old, male, with live-in partner, privately employed, of Purok Tinangkong, Barangay Palpalan also this city.
In the initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, the victims were on board their respective parked, Cristino was with his Mitsubishi army jeep color army green bearing plate CCN 4647 and Leo with his Yamaha Mio 125, color pink, bearing plate number 0920-998321.
They were shot by unidentified suspect/s hitting to different parts of their body that caused to their instantaneous death.
Police recovered from the crime scene were six fired cartridge casings (FCC); two Fired Bullet; one Live Ammo; and one fragment from an alleged .45 caliber pistol.
Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Crime Lab Office was requested for crime scene processing and Dr. Arnel E Lerias, CHO was also requested for the conduct of post mortem examination.
The sling bag of victim (Cristino Ocquilan Agbulos Jr) that contain his short firearm and other personal belongings were missing according to his wife. Vehicles were turn-over to respective family owners together with their other personal belongings.
According to the bystanders/employee of the
rice mill near the area, the victims just exited the rice mill after the Copra
was being sold.Suspect/s fled to unseen direction and motive of the incident is believed to be robbery/hold-up for the victim’s personal belongings were missing.
Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting
