Observation
During the reception, BGen Lucero introduced his
general staff one by one to the junior officers.
It was the enjoyable luncheon after the program
together with the wife of the General.
It was noticed that BGen Lucero took his medicine
for his blood pressure after his lunch before going into diving session with 10
other divers from the military and civilian friends.
While under water they noticed BGen Lucero signal
to go up that decided them to follow him towards the surface of the water.
Lucero was unconscious before reaching the water
surface but was able to vomit while he was lying at the banca during the
conduct of the first aid and rushed him immediately to the hospital in Pagadian
City some 20 kilometers away.
