PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (Dec.
19, 2014-MPF News) -- The joint police operatives of Zamboanga del Norte Police
Provincial Intelligence Branch with Polanco Municipal Police Station, Piñan
Municipal Police Station, Dapitan city Police station and the Criminal
Investigation and Detection Group
(CIDG) had arrested the top 10 and top 5 most wanted person in a
separate operations in Cebu and Zamboanga del Norte, Provincial Police official
said.
Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial
Director Senior Supt. Juanito E. Enguerra said Thursday the Police operatives
was finally locate the suspects due to the cooperation from the people in the
community.
Enguerra identified the arrested
suspects as Harold Belhida Regencia, 39, and a resident of Polanco, Zamboanga
Del Norte was arrested in Decah 4, Subdivision, Barangay Bankal, Lapu Lapu
City, Cebu at about 1:30 PM on December 15 and Telesporo R. Recla, 76 years
old, resident of Barangay Opao, Dapitan City was arrested in Barangay Opao,
Dapitan City at about 6:40 PM of December 16, 2014.
Regencia is considered as the Top 10
Most Wanted Person (municipal level) of Polanco town with Warrant of Arrest
issued by RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 8, Dipolog City for the crime of three
counts of Rape docketed under Criminal Case no. 11916, 11917 and 11918 without
bail bond recommended while Recla is top 5 most wanted person in Piñan Municipality
with Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC-9, Branch-7, Dipolog City dated December
28, 2009 for the crime of Statutory Rape docketed under Criminal Case no.
15747, without bail bond recommended.
The two suspect are now detained while
waiting proper disposition from the court.
