₱ 1.8 Million Shabu Yield from illegal-Drug Personality in Zamboanga City

 PAGADIAN CITY (Jan. 15, 2021) – Some ₱1.8 Million worth of suspected shabu were seized by the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of the Zamboanga City Police Station 11 (Central) led by PMAJ Chester N Natividad and arrested a newly identified illegal-drug personality during the conduct of an anti-illegal drugs operation in Don Toribio St., Barangay Tetuan, Zamboanga City at 6:30 PM on January 13, 2021.

Police Region Office 9 Regional Director PBGEN Ronaldo Genaro E Ylagan, identified the arrested drug personality as Nurbaser Sakandal y Abubakar, 32 years old, male, married, resident of Brgy Campo Islam, Zamboanga City.

PRO9 Public Information Office Chief  PCPT Edwin A. Duco disclosed that items recovered from the suspect were three packs of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of ₱1.8-million, weighing more or less 150 grams, one sling bag, two bills of ₱100.00 as marked money and ninety nine pieces of Php1,000.00 as boodle money.

Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 (Central) for proper disposition.
