Man shot to dead by riding in tandem in front of BFP

PAGADIAN CITY (Nov.15, 2014) -– The Pagadian City police is now conducting investigation to identified and arrests the suspects who boarded a motorcycle and shot the victim Wednesday at 9:50PM in front of City Bureau of Fire Station along J.P. Rizal Avenue, Balangasan District, this city.

Police identified the victim as Marvin Ducaling Y Naparan, male, 33 years old, single, tricycle driver by occupation and a resident at Barangay Dao, this city.

Case Investigator P/Insp. Julieto Dela Cruz Aseniero in the initial investigation disclosed that the victim while walking along J.P. Rizal Ave, Balangasan District and upon reaching in front of Pagadian City Fire Station suddenly three unidentified suspects on board with red Honda XRM single motorcycle when one of the back ride shot the victim several times on the different parts of his body and head that causes the instantaneous death of the victim. 


The suspects used caliber .45 pistol based on the recovered five spent shells and one deformed slug of same caliber from the crime scene. 


Suspects hurriedly sped up their getaway vehicle and fled going towards the direction of Barangay Gatas.

Motive of the incident is still to be determined. Intelligence operatives of Pagadian City Police Station now conducting discreet invest to possibly identify the suspects.
