British National Held in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for Theft and Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injury and Damage to Property

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 17, 2018) -Joint elements of Ipil MPS, Zamboanga Sibugay PPO-Provincial Intelligence Branch and R.T. Lim MPS served Warrant of Arrest against British National, residence of Purok Palmera, Barangay Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 7:45 AM of November 13, 2018.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, Regional Director of PRO9 identified the arrested accused British National as Ali Mukta Zahid (British National) 53 years old, married with residence of Purok Palmera, Barangay Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay

The British National was accused for the crime of Theft docketed under Criminal Case Number I-6073 with bail bond recommended amounting to Forty Thousand pesos (Php40,000.00) issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, issued on May 6, 2016, at Ipil MPS, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Said person was arrested on November 12, 2018 at about 10:30 AM for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injury and Damage to Property docketed under Criminal Case Number 4703-RL (2015) issued by the Presiding Judge, Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Ipil-Tungawan-R.T. Lim, 9th Judicial Region, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, issued on November 9, 2015.

Arrested person remained under the custody of Ipil MPS for proper disposition prior to turn over to court.
