PRO-9 Operating Cops Bestowed with Merit Medals

PAGADIAN CITY (Nov. 13, 2018) - The Police Regional Office 9 awarded its operating police personnel with Merit Medals for their laudable operational accomplishment during the traditional Monday Flag-raising ceremony held at PRO-9 Parade Ground, Camp Col Romeo A Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City on November 12, 2018.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, Regional Director of PRO-9, said that the operating police cops brought honor and prestige, worthy of praise and emulation by their peers in particular and the PNP police organization in general.

Awarded for the Medalya ng Kagalingan (PNP Merit Medals) were the following:

PSUPT Edilberto Alvarez,

PO2 Alfredo Gangoso and

PO3 Had-Marwan Edding, all from the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO), recognized for the arrest of drug suspects identified as Nidzma Sapinding Juani and Alyaser Halahim Juani during anti-illegal drugs operation (buy-bust) on September 3, 2018 at Estrada Street, Tetuan, Zamboanga City.

SPO1 Paul Antonie Deiparine and

SPO1 Vincent Jasma, all from the Labason MPS, Zamboanga Del Norte PPO, recognized for the neutralization of Top 3 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level) identified as Madjuni Esmael Tarang during law enforcement operation on October 3, 2018 at Sitio Bucana, Osukan, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte.
