PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur, (August 31, 2014-MPF
News) --- The Top1 Municipal level Most Wanted Person in the nearby
Municipality of Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte was successfully arrested by the Task
Force Manhunt of Mutia Municipal Police Station at about 2:30 AM Saturday
August 30, Police Official said.

Nestor M. Gania, Jr. identified the arrested suspect as Maximo Gumiason
Berojuela, 56 yrs old, married, Top one (1) was tagged as Most Wanted Person
Municipal Level with standing Warrant of Arrest without bail bond recommended charged
for the crime of Statutory Rape (92 counts) issued on June 30, 1999 by
Presiding Judge Pacifico M Garcia of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 8,
Bulwagan ng Katarungan in Dipolog City.
Gania said the suspect was arrested in Barangay Pogan,
Concepcion, Misamis Occidental, an adjacent Barangay of Bergado, Mutia
Zamboanga Del Norte after their informant positively identified the where about
of the suspect hiding at the place for 15 years.
Suspect is now detained at Mutia Municipal Police Station
while waiting court order for proper disposition.
