Passenger Van loses brake turn-upside down, no casualty, only injuries

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 6, 2014-MPF News) --- All passengers were luckily survived and landed in Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center after Passenger Van loses brake and turn-upside down upon reaching along the national highway of Purok Kabulakan, Barangay Canunan in the nearby town of Guipos of this province, Police official said.
                  
Guipos Municipal Police Station Officer in Charge Senior Insp. Usman J. Edding in their initial investigation disclosed the Passenger Van was driven by Saliling M. Sampang with four passengers from Pagadian City going to the municipality of Dimataling of this province at 3:30PM Saturday, October 4, 2014.

While along their way upon reaching at the said place, the brake of the vehicle suddenly loses which causes the driver lost control in driving and swerved to the right side of the road and hit to the road sign post and finally turned turtle, Edding said.



Luckily no casualties were being reported and the injured passengers were all brought immediately to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center including the driver for Medical attention.  

Edding identified the four injured passengers as Solaya Mamangkoni Y Macalma, 58, Amalia Alarcon 40, Jarate Damang Y Burong, 52, and Ebnie Milasan Y Malay, 49.

The case is still under investigation after the vehicle was found out to be a colorum vehicle.
