ZCPO-PRO9 PCInsp Helen L Galvez said these new police personnel have already completed six (6) months Public Safety Basic Recruit Course (PSBRC) and six (6) months Field Training Program (FTP) that honed their efficiency and competence as law enforcement officers. In addition, the 455 police officers also had undergone the 60-day Basic Internal Security Operation Course (BISOC) training, a revision of the 45-day Special Counter-Insurgency Operations Unit Training (SCOUT).
