Chief of Regional Police Community Relations Division (RPCRD) of Police Regional Office 9 promoted to the next higher rank

ZAMBOANGA CITY (February 19, 2018) - The Chief of Regional Police Community Relations Division (RPCRD) of Police Regional Office 9 (PRO9-9) formally took his oath relative to his promotion to the next higher rank of Police Senior Superintendent during the Monday flag-raising and Awarding Ceremony at PRO9 Quadrangle, Camp Col Romeo A Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City at about 8:00 AM Monday (February 19), police official said.

ZCPO-PRO9 PCInsp Helen L Galvez disclosed that the Regional Director of Police Regional Office 9 PCSUPT Billy B Beltran administered the traditional oath-taking and donning of rank insignia to PSSUPT Madzgani M Mukaram, the current chief of Regional Police Community Relations Division (RPCRD).



PCInsp Galvez said PSSUPT Madzgani Mukaram along with six (6) Senior Police Officers officially promoted to the rank of Police Senior Superintendent in permanent status effective February 12, 2018 by virtue of General Orders Number 394 as approved by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and duly signed by Eduardo M Año, Officer In-Charge of DILG.  

PSSUPT Mukaram during his stint as the Chief of RPCRD initiated various projects in support to the plans and programs of PRO-9, to mention few, among his innovative projects were as follows; Counter-Violent Extremism, Counter-Radicalization and Wellness and Recovery Program of the drug surrenderers, PCInsp Galvez added.
