Top 3 Most Wanted Person arrest in Siayan town

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (May 3, 2018) – The joint operating troops of Philippine National police in the neighboring province of Zamboanga del Norte successfully arrested the Top 3 Most Wanted Person Wednesday at about 2pm during the conduct of Law Enforcement Operation.

Siayan Municipal Police Station led by PSenior Inspector Rey Q. Tolosa Jr. together with SPO2 Graciano C. Dublico, PO2 Archibob A. Dalugdug, PO2 Danny E Surio JR, and PO2 Vilmor Timonio and the elements of Naawan, Misamis Oriental Municipal Police Station headed by Senior Inspector Ivan Charles F. Abastillas together with his members SPO1 Senador E Ostero Jr,

PO3 Error M. Maribuhoc, PO2 Rushid Karim E. Bacadon and PO1 Miguel V. Galagnara proceeded to Sitio Tagaytay, Brgy Muñoz, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte to effect the arrest against the suspect with positive results.

The suspect identified as Pedro Mañacap y Sumambud, 52 years old, married, caretaker, and a resident of the said place. He is listed as Top-3 of the top-10 Most Wanted Person in the municipal level with four Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L Lacaya Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.

The suspect had four criminal cases for rape as follows;

-Criminal Case No. S-5229 for Statutory Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated November 17, 2015;

-Criminal Case No. S-5187 for Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated October 20, 2015;

-Criminal Case No. S-5185 for Statutory Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated October 20, 2015 and

-Criminal Case No. S-5186 for Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated October 20, 2015 with no bail-bond recommended.  

The subject person was appraised of his constitutional rights and now temporary detained at Siayan MPS.
