DINAS, Zamboanga del Sur (April 15, 2018) – A joint PNP Personnel successfully arrested the 3 Most Wanted persons during the conduct of manhunt operation Friday at 9:15 am in Purok 2 and 4, Barangay Old Mirapao of this municipality.
Dinas Municipal Police Station headed
by Chief of Police Senior Inspector Felixberto B. Rule Jr. disclosed that the
joint manhunt operation were being participated by the Regional Special
Operations Group (RSOG)–Task Force Tugis together with 902nd Mobile Company,
Regional Mobile Force Battalion led by Senior Inspector Nijam Salim and
Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and Dinas Municipal Police Station.
Senior Inspector Rule said that the
arrested suspects identified as Gilbert Bualat charge for the crime of murder
docketed under criminal case number 03-012 date November 24, 2013. Renato
Fuentevilla charge for the crime of murder docketed under criminal case number
03-012 dated November 24, 2003 and the crime of murder docketed under criminal
case number 06-013-M-3 dated April 27, 2006 and Marcus Isong for the crime of
murder docketed under criminal case number 03-012 dated November 24, 2003. The
cases with Warrant of Arrest were all issued by Hon. Edelberto Absen, Presiding
Judge Branch 29, San Miguel of this province.
The arrested accused are now
temporary detained at Dinas Municipal Detention Center while awaiting court
disposition, Dinas Police Chief said.
