Top 9 Most Wanted and a Gun for Hire Personality, Arrested in Labangan Police Operation

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (June 23, 2018) - A 48-year old fisherman listed as the Top 9 most wanted and a gun for hire personality was arrested by operatives of Labangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) during the law enforcement operation at Purok Malipayon, Barangay Combo in Labangan municipality of this province Friday at about 4:30pm, police official said.

        

PRO-9 PIO Chief PCInsp. Helen L. Galvez disclosed that Labangan MPS identified the arrested Top 9 wanted person as Otto Hassim Buisan, 48 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of above-mentioned place.

         

Otto Buisan was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder with Criminal Case Number 13421-2k17 issued by HON. Felix B. Rodriguez, Jr. Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 18, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City issued on April 28, 2017 with no bail recommended.

         

He is now detained at Labangan MPS lock-up cell awaiting for court commitment order.
