Drug Pusher Busted in Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte

SIOCON, Zamboanga del Norte (Aug. 1, 2018) - A drug suspect was arrested by the combined operatives of Siocon Municipal Police Station and Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 (RMFB9) during the conduct of anti-illegal drugs operation through Buy-Bust at Laurel Street, Barangay Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:45pm of July 29, 2018.

Siocon Police identified the arrested suspect as Ammin Apuaca Y Patarata, 30 years old, married, male, fisherman and a resident of Barangay Bucana, Siocon.                  

The operating troops recovered/confiscated from the suspect possession were the following:

One piece small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride marked,

One-piece small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride marked as APA - 02 “Shabu” (Possession),

One-piece medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride marked as APA - 03 “Shabu” (Possession),

One-piece medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride marked as APA - 04 “Shabu” (Possession);

One piece five hundred (₱500.00)pesos bill with serial # BV643836 (Utilized as Buy Bust Money),

Five hundred peso bill in different denomination (1pc ₱200, 1pc ₱100, and 4pcs of ₱50),

One-piece cut/rolled aluminum strip foils, black motorcycle and other drug paraphernalia.

After the conduct of arrest, the suspects were informed of their constitutional rights in dialect, which they were conversant of and were brought to Siocon District Hospital for medical and physical examination. The Siocon MPS took custody of the suspect’s pending the filing of appropriate charges.

All confiscated heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance which believed to be “SHABU, turned over to Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Crime Laboratory for examination to determine the presence of dangerous drugs and essential chemicals.
