SAN PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (Aug.
6, 2018) – The PNP
personnel of San Pablo Municipal Police Station captured trhe wanted person
during theconduct ofIntel driven operation at PurokMangga, Barangay Tandubuay,
San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 PM of August 4, 2018.
The
operatives identified the arrested suspect as Saturnino Tomo y Dagundason, 63
years old and resident of SitioLambayungan, Barangay Buton, San Pablo, Zamboanga
Del Sur.
The accused
was arrestedby virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case #3432-P
for the crime of Attempted Homicide with bail bond recommendedof Php12,000.00issued
by Hon Judge Pacifico T Cimafranca, Jr., Presiding Judge of 8th MCTC, Dumalinao,
Zamboanga Del Sur issued dated June 28, 2018.
The arrested
person is now under the custody of San Pablo MPS for documentation and booking
procedure prior turn over to the issuing court for proper disposition.
