Another Drug Suspect Arrested, 8.1 M Worth Of Suspected Shabu Seized Drug Buy Bust Ops In Zamboanga City

ZAMBOANGA CITY (Feb. 25, 2019) – Combined elements of PDEA-9, Zamboanga City Police Office and Intel operatives of PAF conducted buy bust operation at Uranus Street, Dulaca Drive, Brgy. Tumaga, Zamboanga City at about 7:30 AM of February 24, 2019.

The operation resulted to the arrest of female drug personality while her companion identified as Medson Kalim eluded arrest upon sensing the presence of operating team.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the arrested drug suspect as Sofia Ibno y Caddabin, 32 years old, Businesswoman (Buy and Sell), high school level, resident of Uranus Street, Dulaca Drive, Brgy. Tumaga, Zamboanga City.

Confiscated from her possession were More or less 1.2 Kgs (One (1) large pack 1 worth more or less Php8, 160,000, Four (4) medium and Five (5) small sachets) of suspected shabu and Php1,300,000 pesos boodle money with One (1) genuine bill of 1,000 pesos as marked money.

The arrested subject person is presently detained at PDEA9 for inquest. She will be charged in Violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II, R.A 9165. (By JONG CADION with PRO9 PIO PR and photos)
