The Top 9 Most Wanted Person in Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay, Captured

MALANGAS, Sibugay (Feb. 5, 2019) - The Top 9 Most Wanted Person of Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay was arrested by combined elements of Malangas Municipal Police Station and 903rd Manoeuvring Company of RMFB9 in a manhunt operation at Purok 5, Brgy Guilawa, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 10:00 AM of February 4, 2019.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the arrested most wanted as Delfin Buensuceso Lagare, "aka" Boy, Top 9 Most Wanted Person of Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay, male, married, 56 years old, Elementary graduate, currently Brgy Councilor of Brgy Guilawa, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay and resident of the above mentioned place.

The arrest was made by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated May 8, 2012, docketed under Criminal Case Number I-5023 for  Theft issued by Hon Joefino P Bael, presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 24, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with bail bond recommended amounting to Twenty Six Thousand (Php26, 000.00) pesos.
