the Philippines Councilor League (PCL) 3rd Quarterly National

(Sept. 12) at the Garden Orchids Hotel.
Spokesperson
for JV said the lone district Congressman of San Juan will emphasize leadership
virtues and local management principles and style to the members of the PCL
based from his long experience as a former local government executive or 9
years, particularly on his various achievements in San Juan.
Ejercito,
the endeared son of now incumbent San Juan mayor Guia Gomez was invited

The

As
indicated, San Juan has a low poverty incidence of only 3 percent compared to
other towns which he attributes to good governance.
