The Campaign
for Land Use Planning Now! and the Office of Senator Gregorio Honasan II,
will be staging a photo exhibit entitled Yuta: Limitadong
Kabtangan (Land: A Limited Resource) on January 21-31, 2013 at
the Senate of the Philippines.
Exhibit
opening and ribbon cutting will be held today, Monday, January 21, 2013,
2:00 pm at the 2nd Floor Senate Hallway, Senate of the Philippines
GSIS Building, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City and will be attended by Senator
Gregorio Honasan II, sponsor of Senate Bill 3091 or the National Land Use
Bill.
Working
on the desire to finally pass into law the National Land Use Act, the
exhibit seeks to raise awareness and underscore the importance of the land
use issue in the Philippines.
Participating
photographers are Nana Buxani, Gigie Cruz, Angelica Carballo, Manuel Domes, and
Buck Pago.
