PAGADIAN
CITY (July 4, 2018) - Combined PNP
personnel of Lapuyan MPS together with Sergio Osmeña MPS and Zamboanga Del
Norte PPO conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok Mars,
Barangay Venus, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte on July 2, 2018 at about
7:00 PM, police official said.
CINSP Helen L. Galvez disclosed that the
operation was resulted to the arrest of Michael Maagda Y Gumondas (Top 3 Most
Wanted Person in Lapuyan Municipality), 30 years old, male, single, farmer, and
resident of Carpok, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No.
08-066, issued by Hon. Edilberto G Absin, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial
Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur with no
bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty, Galvez said.
Subject person is now temporary
detained at Lapuyan MPS detention cell awaiting court disposition.
