Gov.
Antonio Cerilles led the release of the cash assistance on Wednesday during the
joint signing ceremony declaring this province as Peaceful and Ready for

They

Committee (WMRPC).
Provincial

processing the PHP50,000 livelihood project for the five beneficiaries as well
as the remuneration of the firearms they turned over when they surrendered to
the government.
Jongco
said the rebel returnees will be also enrolled to various healing intervention

She
said the CLIP committee is coordinating with the other national government
agencies and non-government organizations for programs that can help the rebel

CLIP

CLIP
seeks to contribute towards achieving the goal of permanent and peaceful
