MALABANG, LANAO DEL SUR – The 4 suspects who were
responsible for killing Subuh Adulharim, Brgy Chairman of Lumbac, Bayang, Lanao
del Sur on October 31, 2012 in the morning at Brgy Bago-ingud, Bayang, Lanao
del Sur peacefully surrendered to the composite elements of Alfa Coy of the 51st
IB led by 1LT Emil Charlie B. Jaudian and PNP of Bayang led by P/Insp Balido at
about 9:30 in the evening on the same day.

The voluntary surrender of 4 assailants
was the result of the immediate hot pursuit operations conducted by the joint government
operatives against them after they shot to death the Barangay Chairman of Lumbac.
LTC Ceasar Marlon M. Yadao, the
Battalion Commander of the 51st Infantry (FUERTE UNO) Battalion, 1st
Infantry (TABAK) Division, Philippine Army identified the 4 suspects as Datu
Otog M Bolawan, Alemodin Madid, Nasser Sultan and Satar Madid and recovered three (3) caliber 5.56mm M16
Armalite rifles and one (1) Cal 7.62mm M14 rifle with one (1) long
magazine, twenty eight (28) live ammunitions of M16, one (1) bandoleer
and two (2) empty cases of rifle grenade.
At 12 midnight, the following day (Nov
1, 2012), the four (4) suspects and the confiscated war materials were
turned-over by elements of Army and PNP personnel based in Bayang, LDS to the
Police Director, Provincial Police Office (PPO), PNP-ARMM in Camp Amai
Pakpak, Marawi City for the filling of appropriate charges against the
suspects.
LTC Yadao said, the successful operations
were also done through the effort of Danny Dimaporo, Consultant from the Office
of the Governor of Lanao del Sur.
